ABOUT JORDI
Master in Business Administration and with more than 30 years of experience in the EMS market, Jordi is responsible for designing the strategic direction of the company and leading DigiProces through a transformation that is defining a new era in manufacturing. He focuses on inspiring technological innovation, and drive the sales and marketing teams to create value for our partners in different industries and end markets.
On a bold side, Jordi loves indie music and enjoys making some noise while playing the drums. Actually, he was a rockstar in a band not very long ago… His winters are pretty full of ski days, but golf helps him to relax and disconnect during the whole year round. Perhaps you could spot him chilling at some course before a frenetic match of his beloved Barça!
Gemma Batet Sancliment

ABOUT GEMMA
Graduated in Business Management, Gemma is responsible for the manufacturing operational excellence, supply chain, HR, IT and Finance. She is focused on scaling modern manufacturing capabilities and optimizing the company’s operational footprint to further drive efficiency.
Gemma is an adventure seeker and takes any opportunity to go outdoors and explore new mountain routes and seaside paths. She loves team players, especially when talking about her hockey team! They enter competitions with the wish of winning and mainly having fun. Enjoying family life, she is always ready to put a smile on everyone!
David Batet Sancliment
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER - CTO
ABOUT DAVID
After graduating in Industrial Engineering, David started to work in the family business as a project engineer. Later, he was the business developer of the electronics test brand 6TL and currently he is at the front of the technical area of DigiProces. His goal is moving deeper towards industry 4.0 and implementing innovative engineering solutions, being particularly centered on driving digitalization of the company.
David is a family man. As a father of 4, he is devoted to house matters, but still finds time to play paddle tennis or go skiing on snow sunny days. He is also a private plane pilot, certainly he always liked to fly high! But now he’s got a new job… He’s been hired as a Community Manager by his doggy mate @simba_poodletoy and they are smashing Instagram!
Borja Moret Garreta
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - CFO
ABOUT BORJA
With a deep education in finance and a vast experience in consultancy, Borja is responsible for the financial strategy lines at DigiProces. He is focused on shareholder value creation and driving the company’s long-term financial framework, which includes consistent revenue growth, earnings expansion, cash generation and disciplined capital allocation.
Borja complements his role as a consultant with his academic side, as he is fascinated by sharing his experience teaching business management and economics to keen students. But when he wants to relax it is time for outdoor sports and, of course, for the lunch coming afterwards, especially if it includes seafood! Oysters on the menu? He is definitely in!
Ferran Zafra
SALES DIRECTOR
With higher education in electronics and more than 30 years of experience in the sector, Ferran knows well the processes and key players in this industry. He has worked in direct relation with production, purchasing and supply chain departments and, of course, sales. With a knack for public relations and social interactions, Ferran establishes strong and friendly connections with customers and it’s hard for him not to be recognized in the business as the head of the commercial team at DigiProces.
Ferran takes life in a good mood, let’s worry about problems only when we have them right here! He hums cheesy songs on a loop while organizing his schedule to go see a Barça game or the next big concert of the moment. Passionate about his family, he loves to go skiing all together. It’s hard to see him spending a weekend in the city if there’s a single snowflake left… and when all finally comes undone, it’s time to go sailing and enjoy his brand-new skipper license!
Josep Codina
ENGINEERING DIRECTOR
With a career always linked to engineering, Josep owns a Degree in Telecommunications. He started his work life entering the electronic design field, but then he realized that he was more attracted to the project management part, so he studied a master’s degree in ICT and later another one in MBA. Since then, he has always worked in the sector holding management positions.
Eager to always move forward, Josep constantly sets himself new challenges for personal development and is willing to discover experiences that bring him different ways of seeing life. Practicing sports in nature is also an indispensable part of his free time: running, cycling or riding a horse help him recharge his batteries to face the day with energy. And the energy generated is much higher if those activities are close to Vic… Josep always carries his home town deeply in his heart!
Maider Gastón
PURCHASING & SCM DIRECTOR
After years of education in business management and commercial environments, Maider has focused her professional career on developing purchasing strategies and partnerships with suppliers. This activity has led her to be a part of many start-ups and multinational companies, working in different international locations. With 10 years of experience in this field, she is now leading the Purchasing & SCM Department at DigiProces.
Maider’s interest in international matters extends beyond the office sphere. Exploring foreign countries has become her passion, and she has firmly decided to visit a new country every year. Maider enjoys living an active life and feels great when experiencing seaside or mountain adventures. Is anyone looking for a sports partner? She’s up for anything!
Juan Pablo Martínez
QUALITY DIRECTOR
With education in Electronic Engineering and Project Management, Juan Pablo owns more than 15 years of experience in the electronics industry. After working for multinational companies in different European countries, at DigiProces he takes responsibility for directing our quality strategy to take our production output to the next level.
And leaving engineering aside, Juan Pablo is looking forward to the weekend so he can play football with friends. He also loves swimming, snorkeling and beach volleyball, so yes, you’re right, he is a true water lover! But, of course, he also enjoys some quiet pizza-time at home and, whenever possible, travelling with the family to eat that pizza somewhere else in the world!
Josep Senar
PEOPLE & CULTURE DIRECTOR
More than 25 years of experience in the field of people management has given Josep the opportunity to work in industrial and engineering environments at a national and international level. With education in Labor Relations and Industrial Psychology as well as a General Management Program, he leads the People & Culture department at DigiProces with the aim of promoting the corporate culture and power the talent and potential of the whole team.
Aware of the need of personal development, Josep finds balance in contact with nature. He makes the most of his days off by going out to the Pyrenees mountains with his family and pets. That’s a great way to meet calm while enjoying magnificent landscapes. Ah! And he has also been caught by paddle tennis… Another one for the DigiProces games!
