A multinational leading 3D printer manufacturer needed a customized solution to accelerate their research and production projects to the maximum. Their competence center is constantly working on new printing technologies and improvements and it is essential for them to have all their prototypes finished and ready available in the shortest time to further develop their products.

Many engineering and R+D teams are involved in these functions and all of them are working simultaneously in different parts of a printing machine. Time is crucial and our customer needed to work with a partner who understands perfectly this philosophy. DigiProces was the provider chosen for this matter because we are able to keep pace with them and adapt to their needs.

The department managing prototypes availability and provision in this mutinational needed to trust a partner ensuring all their internal product development departments could have their prototypes at hand when they needed them to move forward with their projects. They proposed us a tough challenge: having prototypes assembled and tested in 10 days counting from the PCB final release date stated by the engineer.

To cope with this proposal we created an specialized team that is continually interacting in real time with the different engineering departments of the customer to make sure we foresee the needs of each new product development they conduct.

Our effective supply chain system is able to stock up all components listed on the BOM, also including the most specific ones and those with a long lead time. In this way we can guarantee we have all materials when we need them and are able to manufacture the prototypes in a record time.
