Coating is an essential process to ensure the protection of PCBs against external damaging agents. Our automated precision coating provides the product with long-lasting resistance to dust, moisture, chemicals and extreme temperatures, therefore guaranteeing the operational integrity of the assembly.
Coating is increasingly in demand by OEMs and that is why the conformal coating area in our factory is constantly growing. We have integrated functional testing and conformal coating together in one line with 2 selective coating machines and a flipper to coat both sides, making up a setup allowing us to hugely increase the takt time of this process.
