Summer is here and that means the start of a new edition of our EMS Summer Camp, an initiative designed by DigiProces to introduce our employees’ children to the professional world. During this internship program, our youngsters have the opportunity to discover firsthand how an EMS company works, explore different functional areas and actively participate in real-life projects. It’s a gateway to the future, a way to spark their vocations and guide them through their first steps towards the job market.
This program shows our commitment to young talent and our certainty that the future of the industry is built today. We believe in the potential of the new generations and in the importance of inspiring them from within by giving them tools, confidence and an innovative and friendly environment in which to learn.
