Through this channel, they can report in good faith irregular behavior or behavior contrary to current legislation, as well as any doubts related to these issues or suggest improvements in the existing internal control systems, in line with the organization’s Code of Conduct.

Everyone at DigiProces is expected to comply with the obligation to immediately report any irregular practice, illegal or unethical behavior which they are aware of or which they witness, thus promoting an ongoing commitment to integrity and transparency in the organization.

Communications received through this channel will be subject to confidential analysis and in strict compliance with the regulations on personal data protection, following the procedure for the management of communications received through the DigiProces Ethical Channel.

In the case of receiving anonymous communications, these will also be subject to analysis and, if necessary, will be processed and investigated according to the same procedure.
