New SMT line to promote production and digitalization

With the aim of progressing in the digitalization plan of DigiProces and enhancing production, our plant has started to operate this January a new SMT line acquired from ASMPT, the main international supplier for electronics manufacturing. It is a cutting-edge line for automated high-precision assemblies perfectly integrated into our continuously growing smart factory.
All the new lines that we incorporate combine high capacity with flexibility and digitalization, in addition to contributing to the sustainability of our operations by reducing our carbon footprint.
This latest investment is part of the DigiProces’ strategic plan for its transformation towards Industry 4.0, which implies the digitalization of all production processes. This scheme began in 2019 with the purchase of a first line from this provider and the implementation of the AEGIS MES Software, contemplating the updating of all production lines so that they are equipped with the latest technology in electronics manufacturing.
