Our Lab Services integrate a new calibration system to perform checks internally

Our Lab is continuously improving its equipment and services to ensure we maintain our quality levels while we find new and easier ways to better control instruments. In this respect, we have optimized our calibration process systems with the acquisition of a multifunction calibrator for factory equipment that allows us to analyze our machinery on site and which is also able to calibrate oscilloscopes. This means we don’t have to stop the production nor dismantle any equipment to send it to an external agent for checking.

Our calibration procedures can now be done internally, interrupting production in a minimal manner. Frequency of calibrations can also be increased if needed and adapted to our plant requirements, as it may happen when we have the impression a system has suffered a deviation from its specifications. Our controls are increasingly more exhaustive and if any problem is detected, we have the means to determine if it’s due to a metrology issue.
