ABOUT MÓNICA
With a career focused on people and team development, Mónica began working in administrative positions, although she soon discovered her calling for the social field. From that moment on, she trained in various areas of the sector to add value from an empathetic and committed perspective focused on the needs of teams and organizations.
Family and friends are essential in Mónica’s free time, but she also values having time for herself, which she often shares with her cats. Passionate about dancing and music since she was little, she loves going to concerts. And let’s not forget restaurants! Who doesn’t love good food? And if possible, by the sea… one of her favorite places.
