ABOUT ROGER
With 30 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, Roger is an expert in SMT and THT assembly. He has also worked in repairs, managing quality and offering soldering trainings. In recent years he was into process engineering and our technical office, but now he’s focused on applying continuous improvements in the factory. In this respect, he’s about to become a black belt in Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Whenever he can, Roger flees to the seaside town of Sant Antoni de Calonge, a relaxing place in the heart of the beautiful Costa Brava. But calm is not exactly his usual flare… Roger is always active! He’s a futsal coach, actually he was also a player for more than 20 years! And if he’s not on the court and it’s the right season, he’ll probably be in the forest searching for mushrooms! Let’s trust his expertise on selecting things…
