Traceability is the essence of factory digitalization. It means collecting data from every step of the production process and analyze them to improve its efficiency and the quality of the product.

Among the benefits of traceability:
- Insurance. If a product fails in the market, DigiProces, as the manufacturer, will be able to demonstrate that each production step was performed according to the normal practice
- Compliance. DigiProces can prove that every manufactured product has been produced according to what the Process Engineering and Quality Assurance teams had specified
- Conformance. DigiProces can prove that the standards to which a product manufacturing process should stick are followed
- Quality. DigiProces is able to find easily the root causes of any potential production problem
DigiProces uses FactoryLogix from Aegis software as a MES to cover the traceability needs of our manufacturing. It is applied everywhere, from incoming materials to packaging through all the processes (kitting, SMT, THT, coating, Box build …), so that our customers can well take advantage of the 4 benefits previously listed.
Thanks to the traceability system in place, we have the genealogy of every system produced, since the S/N of its components will be tied to the S/N of the end product.
