Testing is an essential part of Quality Assurance for any manufactured product. DigiProces Test Engineering team (DPTE) is specialized in designing and developing test structures to ensure the quality of produced products according to our policies and standards.
The responsibilities of the DPTE include the coordination with the product owner design teams to determine test parameters, creation of test documentation, test systems troubleshooting and coordination with the Quality Assurance team to implement the quality procedures for a product.
DigiProces can provide full turnkey test solutions with the optimal combination of test coverage versus cost, based on customer test specifications, and also assess the existing test specs from our customers to identify its strengths and weaknesses and, as a result, having the best possible test solution following design for testability rules.

Our test strategy is based on the standardization given by the modular platform approach from 6TL engineering, that allows us to increase the test throughput along with the production volumes while investing only once in the test executive software implementation.
All the test data generated by our standard test equipment is saved in our cloud based Test Data Management tool, which provides an instant overview of your yield and process data. The easy-to-use web interface can be accessed from anywhere and it informs of key performance and quality indicators like Cp, Cpk, mean and distribution.
