Fast, flexible and affordable pre-compliance EMC laboratory
The EMC lab at DigiProces owns a semi-anechoic chamber covered with ferrites, a CISPR16 full compliance EMI receiver and a complete immunity system for most common EMC standard tests.
We can use it for development and investigative EMC tests or for pre-certification EMC tests, some of them with full certification instrumentation.
Thanks to an experienced team with 25 years of experience that assures the most demanding results in every project in a short period of time, our current capacities are the following:
- Conducted emissions industrial environment
- Full compliance system up to 16 A 3ph: EMI receiver, 3ph LISN and transient limiter in semianechoic chamber. Industrial environment, other environments on request.
- Radiated emissions industrial environment
- Pre-compliance system up to 16 A 3ph: full compliance EMI receiver up to 7 GHz, hybrid antenna up to 7 GHz, semianechoic chamber (pre-certification). Industrial environment, other environments on request.
- RF conducted immunity industrial environment
- Test according to IEC 61000-4-6 over AC/DC ports up to 16A.
- Radiated immunity industrial environment
- Pre-compliance system with 1 x 1 m FU (field Uniform plane), 20 V/m up to 250 MHz, 10 V/m up to 1 GHz
- Conducted transient immunity industrial environment
- Full compliance system for AC/DC 1ph power systems. Testing voltages up to 4 kV according to IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5.
- ESD (electrostatic discharges)
- Full compliance test system up to ±10 kV in contact and ±16 kV in air.
