Next June we will inaugurate a new laboratory for precertification. With this new equipment we intend to reduce the time of placing new products to the market thanks to being able to carry out all the necessary iterations before going to the official certifying lab. The laboratory will incorporate the most advanced equipment and instrumentation for EMC tests and durability.

It is for this reason that we have incorporated a new functional test line for PCBAs. The main feature of this new line is its ability to test a high number of units in a short space of time.

A new THT / Odd form line is already running at Castellar del Vallès Plant. It is based on flexibility since, thanks to the robotization, it allows the production of up to 5 different references simultaneously. At the same time, soldering quality levels have increased since the new Kurtz Ersa wave machine is equipped with nitrogen full tunnel and PCBA soldering parameters traceability
ASM-DEK has been homologated as the new printing technology standard for the DigiProces SMT lines.
From last January the 2nd of 2017, our SMD components warehouse is fully automated and each reel has a unique ID.Thanks to this new system, we have improved the component traceability level that now includes the humidity levels historic log. We will also improve our capability to plan and prepare the production batches.
