Testing

Each and every product manufactured at DigiProces goes through an End Of Line functional test before arriving to your hands. In this stage we test the overall functionality of the product after the manufacturing process.

When in the prototype phase or during the first round of NPI, we can afford using manual set-ups or ‘non-professional’ systems to perform the FCT, but when the volumes grow a high testing throughput rate is crucial. 

For this reason, the test procedures developed to test the first series, or maybe the  prototypes, need to be optimized to achieve a short cycle time and reliability, with the focus on a higher yield. Our Test Engineering team can assess you to create a suitable test strategy for your product.
