At DigiProces we use flying probe technology to test small series and prototypes without the need to invest in other fixtures, since the needles are responsible for executing the indicated measurements. It offers maximum performance to test small volumes of electronic boards, offering great flexibility and covering a wide range of test requirements with extreme precision.
In addition to the main ICT (In-circuit test) measurements, optical and functional tests can be performed, giving additional coverage capability to the test process.
Flying Probe’s test platforms are fully prepared to perform tests directly on the product without the need to add more fixtures or develop testability studies. These systems allow high automation in the development of the In-Circuit test, as well as a fully adjustable configuration of measurements. The flying probes can test boards with contact pins down to 30 µm, so the smallest pcb components can be perfectly verified.
