Product development under control

Best practices on project management are critical for the success in the development of new products. But when using only the control of time and cost given by traditional tecniques (Gantt diagrams, risk analysis…) there is a lack of that extra motivation that could arise with a direct daily track of the progress and exchange of information with the team mates.

Thanks to using the agile project management tools, at DigiProces we have found the balance. The traditional project management procedures allow us to have a ‘live’ big picture of each project and the agile system helps us to control the short-term daily objectives.

The project tasks coming from the Gantt diagram are broken into smaller tasks that fit in periods of 10 days (Sprint). It all means that every 10 days our team will advance in the project with a tangible output that can be shared with our customer.
