The starting point of any project

The first step to start any project is to create a baseline: the project specification. This document will list the requirements of the product to be developed and will be used by the DigiProces Technology Center team to analyze the feasibility of the requested development. Only if there are resources available and the technology requested fits with the experience and knowledge of our engineering team the development of a product will be considered to be feasible.

Since natural language is an imperfect way of expressing requirements, in the case that no specification document or baseline is available, our Technology Center can help writing the requirements of your product in a clear and precise way to avoid ambiguity.

 

Our key account managers can guide you through the process to define your specification.

With a frozen spec document (product specification) the Technology Center team will be able to compound a list of tasks and assign time to each one to create a Gantt diagram. This will then be used to prepare a quotation for the project, including economic value, financial aspects and deliveries.
