Mass Production
Our full capacities at your disposal
When a product design is safe and approved, its mass production can be envisioned. From there, the production ramp-up period will be carefully supervised thanks to the NPI process, driven by our EMS engineering team, where the product will also be matured from the factory point of view.
The volumes of our mass production orders can vary depending on the complexity of the product: from 5000 parts/year for a high value-added electronic device to 100.000+ parts/year for a more simple-to-manufacture product.
When a product falls into mass production, it will mean that the relationship between DigiProces and the product owner is in an advanced status and, for a mutual benefit, the production processes, toolings, test systems and also supply chain will be efficient to the highest level.
